-1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon
-1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime
-1 3/4 cups of water
-2 1/2 tablespoons honey
CITRUS SPORTS DRINK RECIPE:
1. Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.

3. You can also toss in some ice cubes to keep it cool longer!
